This can depend on the nature of the repair. We endeavor to diagnose the problem as best possible within 24-48 hours. Depending on the repair or service required our current repair timeframe is between 2-7 days on average.

Do I need to make an appointment to bring my computer to you?

This can depend on the nature of the repair and it is always a good idea to call first however in general, no appointment is necessary.

Can a technician visit my home or office?

Depending on the circumstances, an on-site visit may be possible. Please contact us for more details.

Can you recover data from my hard drive?
